We are delighted to provide world class laser vein removal. As we age a variety of factors within the skin causes veins to become prominent and dilated.
Common areas for treatment are the cheeks/nose/chin/legs. Sometimes dilated veins can affect the upper eyelid and we can treat these too.
Some vein issues are part of a general skin condition such as Rosacea which is an inflammatory disorder of the skin.
In these cases we advise treatment of the underlying skin complaint in addition to vascular laser. That is because if we do not treat the underlying inflammatory process that causes the blood vessels within the skin to to dilate this will lead to recurrence of issues.
Lasers are light devices which have a source where a laser beam is produced to target a certain area. For hair removal it is the hair follicle. Vascular lasers target blood vessels in the skin. There are many vascular lasers devices. Read our blog on the differences between IPL devices and lasers.

Laser Thread Vein Removal Faq
When we assess the area face to face we will give you an exact price per treatment session. It is not possible to give you the exact number of sessions required but with our laser because it is more specific in targeting the blood vessels in general less sessions are required.
Usually no more than 3 every 6 weeks apart.
These are the general rules for lasers. You cannot have laser treatment if you are pregnant, breast feeding, medicines that make you more sensitive to lasers. We will always assess you on the day and upon booking you will get our pre-procedure leaflet. You can always ring us and check.
There are many factors that make the blood vessels fixed and dilated in the skin. Chronic sun damage, chronic rosacea, oily skin, pregnancy for example.
