Medical information relating to any treatments you have with us will be kept in accordance to British Medical Association guidance: for 8 years after the conclusion of treatment or the person was deceased.
5.3 Without prejudice to Section 5.2, names, addresses and emails details that have not been used for repeat business with or marketing material from FACIEM DERMATOLOGY (i.e. newsletters, mail-outs etc) within 10 years of first registration on our website will be deleted from our server from time to time.
5.4 Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 5, we will retain documents (including electronic documents) containing personal data:
(a) to the extent that we are required to do so by law;
(b) if we believe that the documents may be relevant to any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings; and
